Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m Jackie, and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I hope to provide effective support to you as you manage times that are challenging how you cope, how you see yourself and the world around you. I do this by holding a safe enough space for us to sort through what is happening for you, discuss how you would like things to be, and decide on steps to take to make changes for yourself.

Counselling can help manage anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, grief and loss, stress management, emotion regulation, communication and boundary setting, coping, and overall well-being. Counselling can also look at the contexts in which these concerns arise, and getting through tough situations without making things harder on yourself.
